Laser Aiming Systems Corporation will repair or replace, at its option, any product or part (with the exception of the battery) which is found to be defective under normal use and service, without charge. Laser Aiming Systems Corporation's obligation to repair or replace, at Laser Aiming System's option, shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
